Service Description

The property will undergo a visual inspection to evaluate its overall condition and state of repair. Unlike the Level 2 service, the Pole Stick camera is already included in the service provided and does not need to be added on. Major faults and defects will be identified, and their potential implications highlighted, along with recommendations for further action. All building elements, both interior and exterior, including walls, ceilings, roof, guttering, windows, and doors, will be visually inspected. A "traffic light" grading system will be used to indicate the severity of any defects found. Urgent repair issues and future maintenance requirements will be highlighted. If applicable, observations about planning and building control, disputes, and other legal matters will be noted for the conveyancer to investigate further.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 5. Limitations Survey & Valuation: Based on information provided and assumptions; results are not guarantees of future outcomes. Inspection: Concealed, inaccessible, unsafe, or unavailable areas cannot be inspected; hidden issues may exist. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our survey, inspection, or valuation reports. 6. Confidentiality & Use Reports and data are confidential and for your internal use. Intellectual property (reports, methods, tools) remains with Trusted Surveyor unless agreed otherwise. 7. Liability Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 8. Acceptance By proceeding with our services, you agree to these terms.
