To support confident decision-making, conditions are presented using a traffic-light rating system: Blue - Items with normal wear and tear, with no obvious defects which affect performance of the elements Green – Condition performing as expected, no immediate concerns Amber – Items requiring monitoring or planned maintenance Red – Defects or risks requiring prompt attention SC - This will be added onto any element which is deemed as a 'Safety Concern' requiring urgent attention. Each valuation includes a clear summary of defects and key observations, allowing stakeholders to quickly understand risks, priorities, and opportunities at a glance. Where additional coverage is required, drone survey integration is available as an optional enhancement, providing high-level imagery and data capture for complex or hard-to-access locations. Survey, Inspection & Valuation Services Thank you for choosing Trusted Surveyor. This document outlines how we work and what you can expect. 1. Our Services We provide: Surveys – Collecting and analysing data from participants according to agreed objectives. Inspections – On-site assessments where access is provided. Valuations – Analysing survey and inspection data to provide reports, insights, or recommendations. 2. Client Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate and timely information. Ensure necessary consents and safe access for inspections. Respond to queries or draft reports promptly to avoid delays. 3. Fees & Payment 100% payment upfront is required before the appointment or delivery of services. 4. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 5. Limitations Survey & Valuation: Based on information provided and assumptions; results are not guarantees of future outcomes. Inspection: Concealed, inaccessible, unsafe, or unavailable areas cannot be inspected; hidden issues may exist. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our survey, inspection, or valuation reports. 6. Confidentiality & Use Reports and data are confidential and for your internal use. Intellectual property (reports, methods, tools) remains with Trusted Surveyor unless agreed otherwise. 7. Liability Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 8. Acceptance By proceeding with our services, you agree to these terms.
